David Harris Kolada – Entrepreneur-in-Residence
David previously held senior managements roles including SVP, Corporate Development and CFO at marketing SaaS pioneer Eloqua Corporation (now Oracle) and Senior Director, Strategic Investment at Cognos (now IBM). David managed the market transaction team at Sustainable Development Technology Canada, a $1 billion Cleantech fund, facilitating over 115 SDTC portfolio company market transactions valued at approximately $1 billion. He gained experience in venture capital investment management at Jefferson Partners, where as Partner he jointly managed over $200 million of assets. David began his career as an investment banker in the U.S. on Wall Street (Lazard Frères) and in Canada (BMO Nesbitt Burns), where he developed relationships with world class companies and professionals and a deep understanding of the capital markets. David is also a Venture Partner with Yaletown Partners, assisting with fundraising and Ontario deal flow for Yaletown’s Innovation Growth Fund.
Caitlin Blundell – Operations Manager
Caitlin has 8 years experience as an independent contractor and business owner in the geospatial field. Her background includes roles in project management and functional leadership, communications, and spatial analysis. She has taught post-secondary courses at the Chang School at Ryerson University and Centennial College, and sat on the Board of Directors of BeSpatial Ontario for four years. She is a resourceful problem solver with a collaborative approach that gets results. Caitlin has an MA in Geography from University of Toronto.
