Our network of angel investors is presented with a curated pipeline of founder investment opportunities. With these connections come the much-needed capital, mentorship and introductions needed for startup growth.
At its core, angel investing means accredited investors invest their own money into an early-stage startups in return for ownership equity
Investment at the early stages of a company’s growth is considered high-risk, and capital returns are not guaranteed.
Angel groups provide a curated pipeline for high growth companies. Angel groups pool investor knowledge, share due diligence, and provide co-investing opportunities.
In Ontario, all participants must meet the definition of an Accredited Investor as outlined by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). Accredited means you must say “yes” to at least one of these:
Typically founders requires a minimum cheque of $25,000.

Companies applying for Altitude Angels funding must have a minimum of $5000 monthly recurring revenue (MRR) or a paid pilot.
