Qualifications:
Post-secondary student; excellent communications and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines in a team environment.
Duties:
- Analyze and gather insights from primary/secondary market research
- Develop, design and analyze client and community partner surveys
- Liaise with clients and community partners by email and phone
- Research, write/edit and create reports from research and survey
- Create and deliver team presentations to report on findings
- Perform other special projects as required
Prior work/volunteer experience in the following areas is preferred but not required:
- Market Research
- Business Analytics
- Project Management
- Community Development

QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education from a marketing and information technology discipline; excellent communications and creative skills including understanding of the business community; ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design marketing collateral, such as promotional banners and flyers
- Design logos for events and programs
- Design visuals optimized for different social media platforms
- Use Hootsuite to schedule social media promotion
- Analyze blog traffic and suggest opportunities
- Perform other special projects, as assigned
SKILLS
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop required
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written and visual materials
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Knowledge of the following is an asset but not required:
- Content management systems, including WordPress
- Social media management platforms, including Hootsuite
- Online design platforms, like Canva
