PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Participants will develop a business model, learn business core concepts and work toward refining their goals and offering through the guidance of experienced entrepreneurs and experts. The bootcamp closes with a pitch competition to an audience of key players from the Waterloo Region tech community. $100,000 in seed funding will be awarded, four times the amount in 2014.
ELIGIBILITY:
The bootcamp is open to female founders with a tech or tech-based idea and at a pre-MVP stage. Participants must be 18 years or older.
DEADLINE:
Applications close midnight, June 15, 2015. Short-listed candidates will be contacted for a follow-up interview. Selected participants will be notified by July 15, 2015.
