On October 13, the Advanced Energy Centre (AEC) is inviting guests to a live webinar “Exploring the Mexican Electricity Market”. This webinar follows our Going Global Mexico Market Insights report and is seeking to provide an update on the electricity sector in Mexico, as well as address important questions around the future of renewable energy in the country.
Mexican energy market reform is ushering investment in the Mexican power sector. The main focus for the power sector is on increasing generation capacity from clean sources, as Mexico aims to produce 35% of its electricity from clean sources by 2024.
