Facilitated by experienced entrepreneurs and valued at $560 per workshop series, the Altitude Accelerator Entrepreneur Workshops are provided to Altitude Accelerator members FREE of charge, Entrepreneur Workshops are a collection of hands-on group sessions offering start-ups the tools, mentoring, and peer feedback to solve specific problems and build essential business components. Each four hour workshop generates a deliverable, which can be used in future business development endeavours.

The Altitude Accelerator Pitching Workshop is designed to help startups understand how to create a powerful pitch presentation.

Ideal Attendee: This workshop is for Altitude Accelerator clients that have a validated value proposition and business model combined with a strong team and attractive market opportunity. Participants are expected to ensure that they have all the information required to create their pitch.

The Altitude Accelerator Customer Segmentation Workshop will include beachhead identification, market sizing, persona and scenario design. Founders will learn about live persona development and how to structure customer segmentation workshops. This session uses Peer-to-Peer methodologies based on Aulet’s work at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Ideal Attendee: are startups that have a prototype/beta or minimum viable product (MVP), as well a team, some customer validation, and some traction. Please note that to benefit from the peer-to-peer nature of these sessions, all attendees are expected to engage and remain for the full session.

The Altitude Accelerator Sales Workshop will introduce the Sales Canvas Framework, which encompasses all aspects of inbound and outbound sales activities, and how these activities relate to moving customer prospects through the sales funnel. You will get the opportunity to learn about cold calling techniques and practice managing individual sales opportunities to turn leads into prospects.

The Customer Sales Meeting: In preparation for your customer sales meeting, you will get the opportunity to identify various customer stakeholders and practice managing individual sales opportunities to successfully turn customer prospects into sales.

Analyzing and Managing the Sales Process: This will focus on the technical aspects of measuring the sales process to improve the quality and quantity of sales activities and make changes to become more efficient in closing sales. You will learn about how to define, track, analyze and manage your sales process.

Deliverables: Techniques to book, prepare for and conduct a sales call, a Sales Process and Stakeholder Management Chart to prepare you to meet with your customers.

In each four-hour session you will generate a deliverable that you will use frequently in the business development process.
