Job Description
PaymentEvolution is looking for an entrepreneurial marketer to nurture and build relationships with small businesses for our suite of payroll and payment services. As a key member of our team, you will drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution of our small business channel. You’ll work with a small, highly focused team across marketing, sales, product development, engineering, and support. You’ll shape the voice of the product and help expand our loyal customer base.
Here’s what you would be doing day-to-day:
- Focus on growing our small business clients and making them successful
- Collaborate with the the team on product, PR, automated programs, and defining our company outreach programs
- Develop, communicate and execute launch plans for new product updates
- Experiment with creative growth initiatives, new tools and better ways to reach our core audience
- Measure and analyze success metrics, as well as defining the customer lifecycle process
- Gather the right tools, infrastructure, team, and process to ensure our small business marketing efforts scale as the company grows
- Understand PaymentEvolution customers and the competitive market landscape
- Put on your product marketing hat and work on core content and messaging for PaymentEvolution.com, and collaborate to create an editorial calendar for the topics we cover on our blog and in social media
