Delivered by Angel Capital Association Chairman John May, this full day workshop provides an overview of the Angel Investor process from how angel financing fits you to post investment relationships, this seminar is geared for Angels of all backgrounds.
2.Due Diligence (half-day)
This half day drill-down workshop takes angel investors through the key issues which will determine major risk factors and deal breakers. Join Angel Resource Institute President Robert Okabe as he leads this high interactive and informative workshop.
3.Post-Investment: Mentoring & Governance (half-day)
Join ARI President Robert Okabe as he delivers an interactive half day workshop on the fundamentals of how to prepare for, set up and execute a solid post-investment plan.
These workshops are designed for the most experienced of accredited angels to novice angels.
