Life Sciences Ontario invites you to the quarterly Entrepreneur’s Roundtable Series event.  The Roundtable Series is an ongoing series of peer-to-peer discussions on topics that matter most to your business.  You will have an opportunity to meet with other life sciences entrepreneurs and external experts to discuss pertinent topics, compare ideas and share experiences to drive your business forward.

Our next quarterly Roundtable event will focus on Market Research.  Guest Speakers, Mr. Jason Galindo , Mr. Peter Bastedo and Mr. Hadi Salah will discuss the importance of Market Research in order to gain valuable insights into your specific market environment to ultimately position your products for success and profitability.  In addition, they will provide an overview on how to conduct market research and share with you the available resources for a proper market analysis.

Guest Speakers:

Mr. Jason Galindo is a creative, strategic leader who has proven himself over 14 years in leadership, brand development, customer insights, strategy and sales. He has experience in a wide range of company structures from corporate multinationals to being an entrepreneur himself.  Over this time he has recognized he loves the idea of creating great customer experiences.
He is currently a VP at insightOut where he helps his clients evaluate their business opportunities, gain insight into key challenges and understand how to leverage those insights to build better, more successful brands.

Mr. Peter Bastedo is the CEO of Zymewire, a software company he co-founded in order to address the challenges he observed while working at Roche Pharmaceuticals.  The company’s product provides market intelligence which was built through constant feedback from its early adopters and now has customers in each of the major drug development regions across the globe.

Mr. Hadi Salah is a Senior Industry Analyst with MaRS Market Intelligence. He also plays a supporting role as an Investment Manager with the MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF). Hadi’s main role at MaRS is to support clients with their market research needs as well as to publish Market Insight reports in the healthcare space;  His experience includes technology commercialization, evaluation and market due diligence.
