Front-end Lead Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Take full ownership of features from idea, to development, to launch
– Convert mockups into reusable and extensible components
– Develop front-end code that adheres to architectural guidelines (extensible, flexible, simple,
modular)
– Maintain and code with a working style guide
– Work directly with founding team and industry experts
– Test and iterate to ship software with proven customer value
– Prioritize work to ensure completion at sprint end
– Improve tech stack, tools, and processes
– Aid in the planning and sequencing of the execution of work
– Help build and mentor team members with a focus on collaboration
Back-end Lead Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prioritize work to ensure completion at sprint end
– Improve tech stack, tools, and processes
– Management of hosting environment
– Aid in the planning and sequencing of the execution of work
