Do you have an innovative idea within the scope of the life sciences? If you have a product, service, device, or any other innovation in the life sciences, and you are pre-recurring revenue, you qualify to apply.
Synapse is a competition designed to promote innovation in the life sciences. From January through March 2017, researchers and innovators in the life sciences are paired with senior level MBA, Engineering & Biomedical students from McMaster University to map a path to market for their groundbreaking ideas. This program includes building an executive summary, a commercialization plan, and an informational poster. The top 3 teams then get to pitch their ideas live to a key group of experts in the life sciences such as GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson (JLabs), world renowned hospitals, top educational institutes, and more! Last year’s prizes included $55,000.00 in cash and in-kind resources, and we expect this year’s to be even bigger.
