Summit Edge is Fueling Early-Stage Ventures in the Western GTHA
Altitude Accelerator and Preference Capital are partnering to create Summit Edge, a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) to close the gap for the much-needed capital for early-stage founders while derisking opportunities for new investors.
Who should participate?
- Accredited investors interested in investing in startups and building community impact.
- Investors must meet the requirements of accredited investors as defined by OSC.
This session, in collaboration with the Town of Caledon, will provide insight into the Summit Edge’s Fund structure, its focus on early-stage opportunities, and its approach to supporting founders while engaging investors in a thoughtful, informed way.
