Andrew Yoshioka is President of Sanbonki Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in positioning life science businesses for investment, partnerships and value growth. He has over 28 years of diverse pharmaceutical/biotech industry and consulting experience and is dedicated to helping life sciences entrepreneurs succeed. Andrew is an active member and volunteer of LSO and currently serves as Chair of the LSO Pub Night networking event series. Under his leadership, these networking events have grown nearly 10 fold in average attendance and have created multiple business and career opportunities for many life sciences stakeholders; as well as created new partnerships for LSO. In 2012, Andrew also co-chaired the organization of a BIO Bootcamp event to help Ontario delegates get the most out of the annual BIO international trade show. He participates in nearly every LSO event, he mentors at Peel Altitude Accelerator and entrepreneur programs and he speaks at many university career seminars to help advise young science graduates. Andrew has one of the broadest networks within Ontario’s life sciences sector and is always willing to leverage it to make meaningful connections to help Ontario life sciences stakeholders achieve commercial success.
