This is the seventh annual Peel Halton Employer Survey. Last year over 800 responses were collected from local employers. This year’s survey aims to probe the impact of technological changes on local businesses in terms of employment, skill needs, talent management strategies, retirement and company culture. Please find below leading questions for this survey.
Leading Questions:
- How are employers reacting to technological change?
- How are technological changes affecting the talent acquisition strategy of your company?
- Due to technological changes, what skill sets are becoming more important and in-demand for your company?
Altitude Accelerator is partnering with the Peel Halton Workforce Development Group to implement this survey.
The main purpose of this anonymous online survey is to build a picture of the GTA labour market from the employer’s perspective.
