Innovate>Forward Scores High!, Altitude AcceleratorBy: Tim Scott

Innovate>Forward has concluded the last of its 6 sessions and the word is in: evaluations give the program an 8 of 10. A combination of first-hand industry experience, niche expertise and practical take away tools struck a chord with attendees from 38 companies that came to at least one of the six sessions from January to June.

Innovate>Forward hit at the core of need for manufacturers in Southern Ontario; with manufacturers feeling the global competitive pinch, having a path to strengthen their foundation and understanding a better way forward, was of significant benefit. My numbers have our program at 8 out of 10!

The final session on “collaboration” was a timely topic. Innovate>Forward was the result of collaboration among many like-minded businesses, partners, suppliers and researchers that worked together to strengthen Ontario’s advanced manufacturing sector. Kudos to Innovate>Forward sponsors, the ABB Group and Altitude Accelerator, and all participating partners:Innovate>Forward Scores High!, Altitude Accelerator
